  • To order a custom press-on set, simply choose your desired tier and nail length, then complete checkout. After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to measure your nails and submit your sizing form along with any inspo photos for your set.

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a step-by-step sizing guide by email to help you measure your nails as accurately as possible. You can also book an in-person sizing appointment if preferred. Please note that you are responsible for submitting the correct sizes.

  • Your order cannot be started until your sizing form is submitted. Delays in sending your sizes may also delay your processing time.

  • Custom press-on sets are typically created within 10 business days after your sizing form has been submitted. Shipping time is separate and usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  •  Rush orders may be available depending on current availability. If you need your set sooner, please reach out before placing your order to confirm.

  • Yes, you can recreate any set you see. Simply upload the photo in your order form, and your set will be designed as close to the original as possible.

  • Yes, you can upload any inspiration photos you like directly in your order form. Your set will be customized based on your vision.

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of each set. Please make sure all details are correct before submitting your order.

  • You are responsible for the sizes you submit. We recommend using our sizing kit or booking an in-person sizing to ensure accuracy, as we do not offer refunds or remakes for incorrect sizing.

  • Yes, both pickup and shipping options are available. You can select your preferred option when completing your order form.

  • Each order includes your custom press-on set along with an application kit, which includes glue, a nail file, and other essentials for proper application.

  • Yes! With proper removal and care, your press-on sets can be reused multiple times.

  • To safely remove your press-ons, soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Apply cuticle oil around the edges, then gently lift from the sides using a cuticle stick. Do not force removal. With proper care, your set can be reused.

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of each set. Please make sure all order details and sizes are correct before submitting your sizing form.

  • Yes! Both pickup and shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout.

  • Once your package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, shipping delays are unfortunately out of my control. However, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
